A high-ranking Binance executive, Tigran Gambaryan, has been remanded in Kuje Correctional Centre by a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja.

This decision follows Gambaryan’s plea of not guilty to charges of money laundering brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

Presiding Judge, Justice Emeka Nwite, ordered Gambaryan’s remand pending the determination of his bail application, with the case adjourned until April 18 for the bail ruling and May 2 for the trial to commence.
