The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has sacked Nwokeabia Okechukwu John as the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate for Aninri/Awgu/Oji River Federal Constituency in the 2027 general election.
DAILY GAZETTE gathered that the presiding judge ruled in favour of the plaintiff, Hon. Chijioke Stan Okereke, affirming him as the party’s duly recognised flag bearer for the constituency.
