Following a tragic boat mishap that claimed the lives of Junior Pope and four others at the River Nigeria Cable point in Asaba, Delta State, his remains have been transported to his hometown in Enugu State for burial.
Reportedly, the late actor’s corpse was taken to Enugu on Friday after conducting rituals to appease the river goddess.

His wife, who had been in Asaba since the unfortunate incident, also departed for Enugu on Friday evening.
Although the family has yet to announce any burial arrangements, there are indications that Junior Pope will be laid to rest soon.
