The Imo State Police Command has taken into custody security operatives attached to the Joint Task Force (JTF) stationed at Seven and Half Junction in Obowo Local Government Area.
The arrest follows allegations that the personnel were extorting and harassing motorists, a situation that was reportedly captured on camera.
