Lagos-based pastor, Chris Okafor of the Mountain of Liberation and Miracle Ministry, has remained tight-lipped amid viral claims by actress Doris Ogala, who alleges that he promised to marry her and several others while ultimately marrying someone else.

Ogala shared what appeared to be a photo of Okafor topless, wrapped in a towel, in a bedroom.

In the now-deleted post, she wrote:

“This is his bedroom. After making love. Full video dropping soon. You said I’m lying; okay. You shared my naked body. Everyone will watch yours. This video is from a girl he promised marriage. She sent it to me.”

The drama erupted following Okafor’s recent wedding to his new bride, identified only as Pearl.

Despite Ogala’s accusations of betrayal, emotional manipulation, and a broken promise of marriage, Okafor proceeded with his ceremony, which reportedly saw attendance limited to family and close friends.

Ogala claimed that their alleged relationship began in 2017 and that she ended her previous marriage at his urging.

She accused Okafor of causing her severe emotional distress when he abruptly ended their relationship without notice.

In videos circulating online, she repeatedly questioned his decision to marry someone else, saying, “No, you will not marry ooo, who are you leaving me for, this marriage will not work.”

In earlier interviews, Ogala said she practically lived in Okafor’s house, and that his family knew of their relationship.

She described their bond as deeply affectionate and claimed it lasted from 2017 to 2019.

In one video, her colleague, Digidi Dunhill, alleged that Ogala had attempted to harm herself.

Ogala’s legal team, Synergy Law, issued a formal demand letter to Okafor seeking N1 billion in damages for breach of promise, emotional distress, and reputational harm.

The letter gave the pastor 21 days to comply before legal proceedings would commence.

Adding to the online drama, a woman identified as Benita Ahane, allegedly the sister of Ogala’s ex-husband, claimed that Ogala’s marriage failed because she preferred career over childbirth.

Ogala dismissed this as impersonation and called for authorities to investigate.

Despite the allegations, Okafor’s wedding to Pearl went ahead in Lekki, Lagos, on December 16.

Videos and photos from the traditional and white wedding ceremonies show the couple celebrating joyfully, exchanging dances, and openly doting on one another.

Pearl described Okafor as her “all in all,” expressing her excitement to build a family together.

Efforts to reach Okafor for comment were unsuccessful.

Calls to two numbers linked to his church went unanswered, and messages sent via WhatsApp were delivered but not replied to at the time of reporting.
