INEC took Enugu guber result to Abuja, announced winner four days after mutilation of processes – PRP tells Tribunal

Enugu State Collation Officer for the People’s Redemption Party, PRP, in  the 2023 general elections, Mr. Anthony Ejiagu, has said that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, conducted the March 18, 2023, election in substantial breach of the 2022 Electoral Act.
Ejiagu said that the election which should not have exceeded two days, lasted four days before INEC returned with the results which it took to Abuja, where it was mutilated in favour of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
The governorship candidate of the party, Elder Chris Agu and the PRP, had dragged the INEC, the PDP and Governor Peter Mbah to the Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal, noting that the party won the election.
PRP further added that Mbah was not qualified to contest the election, having forged his NYSC Discharge Certificate.
“Mbah contested the election wearing the garb of an ex- convict, having pleaded guilty in a case of money laundering and fraud, involving him and the EFCC” he concluded.
On his part, Ejiagu told the Tribunal that INEC did a bad job during the election, adding that election took place in most of the Polling Units in the state without the the electoral empire, providing the result sheets.
He maintained that his party, the PRP won the overall votes cast in the election, but INEC manipulated the process to deny her victory.
Ejiagu also told the three – member Tribunal headed by Justice Kudirat Akano that the PRP agents were not given copies of the polling unit result sheets.
“The result of the election was taken to Abuja where INEC top notchers slashed the figures collated and awarded results to the PDP before it was brought back to Enugu where the  mutilated results were announced in favour of Mr. Peter Mba”.

BREAKING: ‘You caused my defeat’ – Chimaroke Nnamani hits Enugu former governor, Ugwuanyi

The former governor of Enugu state and leader of Ebeano Political Family, Senator Chimaroke Ogbonnia Nnamani has once again come against the immediate past governor of Enugu state, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, accusing him of plotting his defeat in the 2023 general elections.
The father-son relationship between Nnamani and Ugwuanyi was said to have hit the rock after his failed re-election bid. He blamed Ugwuanyi as being responsible for his defeat.
Senator Nnamani in his verified Twitter handle on Sunday, described Ugwuanyi as an epitome of shame for twice losing his polling booth in the recently concluded elections.
“This 2023. A political year like none other. The only Ray of hope being the exit of Ifeanyi Nwa Ugwuanyi. A wobbling fatso, that I introduced to politics via the House of Representatives in 2003. Paraphrasing the sage Okadigbo, “bumbling unsure jelly like mass of protoplasm” A struggling Insurance salesman in Trans-Ekulu, Enugu. That year 2003, I sent him to HOR via Express delivery, all expenses paid. Bought his form, sponsored all his campaign and paid all his legal fees and guaranteed his second term. All done unsolicited! Twenty years later, 2023 election, he personally selected all my agents. Arranged my suspension and expulsion from PDP.”
“Despite loosing his polling booth twice, back to back while “sitting ” as governor in Enugu. Gburus personally made calls supervising sabotage of my election. Voting PDP for Governor and Labour for Senate. 8 years, he delivered ZILCH. Roads zero!Water zero Health zero!Education zero.”Dirty” everywhere!  2 terms/8 years the Presidency commissioned ZERO! My Ex-governor escaped without A SINGLE press conference or media tête-à-tête in 8 years. He danced while Igbo Land burnt. He lacked the ‘liver’ to condemn ‘sit at home’/Home lockdown nor condemn the killings. His governmental incompetence festered the angst and social burn ! “
“He cowered at Peter Obi message of hate, bile and incitement. Gburus failed woefully! #Chimaroke”
Chimaroke Nnamani had doubled on the attack against Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi after losing election to Senator Kelvin Chukwu of Labour Party, LP, for the Enugu East senatorial district.
Recall that Ugwuanyi brought Nnamani back from political oblivion and retirement to the political limelight, a gesture he acknowledged and praised the former governor for, in the past.
Ugwuanyi received wild criticism for that decision, as many felt Nnamani whose Ebeano dynasty was dismantled by his successor, Barr. Sullivan Chime, should not be brought back.
Nnamani had been groaning since Senator Kelvin Chukwu defeated him, aiming missiles against Ugwuanyi.
Before now, Chimaroke had claimed that Enugu PDP and his Ebeano political structure were overtly schemed out, with his suspension allegedly financed by the state governor to stop him from becoming Senate President.
