In a bid to promote youth entrepreneurship and practical learning, leading real estate company, Nze Ventures Home Ltd, has donated ₦2 million to support student entrepreneurs across Enugu State.

The announcement was made on Thursday during the Student Business Summit organized by the Michael Anike Foundation, held at the International Conference Centre, Enugu.

Speaking on behalf of the company, Comrade Arinze Osmund Ngwu, the Operations Manager, noted that the support aligns with Nze Ventures Home Ltd’s corporate social responsibility goals.

He emphasized the company’s commitment to fostering a culture of entrepreneurship among young people, encouraging them to become job creators rather than job seekers.

According to Comrade Ngwu, the ₦2 million donation will be channeled through the summit organizers to support the ongoing development of the initiative, which serves as a vital incubation hub for students from various tertiary institutions in the state.

He commended Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah for providing a conducive environment for innovation and youth empowerment, highlighting the importance of public-private sector collaboration in driving sustainable development.

Ngwu also urged students to explore opportunities in the real estate sector, particularly through the company’s developments in Ogbeke and Amokpo Nike.

He revealed that the company offers a 10% commission on every property purchase made by clients referred by others, as a way of empowering those who promote its business.

“Opportunities abound everywhere; the key is how you position yourself to take advantage of them,” Ngwu stated.

“This summit provides a platform where ideas can be nurtured into real businesses.”

He added that empowering students with practical skills and mentorship is a strategic way to build resilient communities and a stronger economy.

In his remarks, Comrade Onyemaechi Onah, Chairman of the Local Organizing Committee, expressed gratitude to Nze Ventures Home Ltd for its generous contribution.

He described the gesture as a major boost to the summit’s vision and a call to action for other corporate organizations to invest in youth development.

Onah assured that the donated funds would be transparently and effectively used to support the summit’s objectives.

He also reiterated the committee’s readiness to collaborate with institutions and companies that share a passion for empowering the next generation.

To recognize its outstanding contribution to youth empowerment, Nze Ventures Home Ltd was presented with an Award of Excellence during the event.
