The Enugu State Housing Development Corporation (ESHDC) has announced the commencement of a comprehensive revalidation and property documentation exercise aimed at updating and regularizing property records across its estates.
In a statement made available to DAILY GAZETTEÂ by the General Manager of the Corporation, Dr. Gerald Asogwa, the initiative will run from Monday, September 15, 2025, through Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
According to Dr. Asogwa, the exercise is in line with directives from the Enugu State Government to enhance service delivery, streamline property management and ensure accurate record-keeping within government-owned estates.
To ease the process and encourage full participation, the Corporation has set up multiple designated centres within and outside Enugu State where property owners can submit their documents for verification.

The Corporation emphasized that only duly revalidated documents will be considered valid for future transactions or official purposes.
