Court Orders Aisha Achimugu To Appear Before EFCC

Justice I.E. Ekwo of the Federal High Court, Abuja, has ordered Aisha Achimugu to present herself before the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, in connection with an ongoing investigation.

Additionally, the judge directed that she must appear before the court the following day, Wednesday, April 30, 2025.

The order was issued during a ruling on Monday, April 28, 2025, relating to a suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/626/2025, filed by Achimugu against several law enforcement agencies.

These include the Nigeria Police Force, the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), the Department of State Services (DSS), the EFCC, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), and the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS).

Responding to Achimugu’s application, EFCC Counsel, Ekele Iheanacho, SAN, informed the court about a counter-affidavit submitted by one of its investigators, Chris Odofin, detailing the circumstances behind Achimugu’s invitation.

In the affidavit, Odofin revealed that Achimugu is being investigated for alleged conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretence, money laundering, corruption, and ownership of properties reasonably suspected to have been acquired illegally.

The affidavit disclosed that Achimugu initially honoured the EFCC’s invitation on February 12, 2024, made a written statement, and was granted administrative bail through her lawyer and surety, Darlington N. Ozurumba.

However, it stated that she subsequently failed to report back as agreed and instead filed a fundamental rights enforcement suit against the Commission.

According to the affidavit, Achimugu, in her statement, described the N8.71 billion inflow into her company accounts as an “investment fund” for the acquisition of an oil block.

She explained that the money was transferred into the Federal Government’s account via her company, Oceangate Engineering Oil and Gas Limited, referencing documentation issued by the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC).

Nevertheless, the EFCC’s investigation revealed that Achimugu’s company had acquired two oil blocks—Shallow Water PPL 3007 and Deep Offshore PPL 302-DO—at a combined cost of $25.3 million.

Investigators discovered that the payments were allegedly made in cash through bureau de change operators, and that the sources of these funds could not be linked to any legitimate business activities.

The EFCC further alleged that the acquisition process was riddled with corruption, and that neither of the two oil blocks had begun exploration or production at the time of investigation.

The anti-graft agency insisted that Achimugu’s current lawsuit was merely “a calculated attempt to frustrate the ongoing investigation,” even though an earlier suit—FHC/ABJ/CS/451/2024—had already dismissed her claim of fundamental rights violations.

Following the dismissal of that suit, the EFCC continued its investigation by sending inquiry letters to banks, the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), land authorities, the Special Control Unit against Money Laundering (SCUML), and the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

As some responses came in, investigators analyzed the data while awaiting additional information.

The affidavit further indicated that Achimugu operates a total of one hundred and thirty-six (136) bank accounts across ten banks, both in her personal name and those of her companies.

The matter is scheduled to continue on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, with Achimugu expected to appear before the EFCC on Tuesday, as ordered by the court.

Court Adjourns Trial Of Former Taraba Governor Over Alleged N27bn Fraud

An Abuja High Court has adjourned the trial of former Taraba State Governor, Darius Ishaku, until June 2 for the continuation of proceedings in a case involving allegations of criminal breach of trust, conspiracy, and conversion of public funds amounting to N27 billion.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), prosecuting on behalf of the Federal Government, arraigned Ishaku alongside Bello Yero, a former Permanent Secretary at the Bureau for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs in Taraba.

Both defendants pleaded not guilty to the 15-count charge.

During Monday’s session, the defendants and their legal representatives were present in court.

Prosecution counsel James Shaba, appearing for lead counsel Rotimi Jacobs, SAN, informed the court that Jacobs was occupied at the Court of Appeal with another case.

Shaba requested a brief stand-down of the matter, saying it would allow Jacobs to arrive.

However, counsel for Ishaku, Eko Eko, SAN, objected to the request.

Eko informed the court that the former governor was not in the best of health and argued against making him wait for an extended period.

“My client is bereaved and needs to travel today. Instead of a stand down, the prosecution should ask for a clear date for an adjournment,” he submitted.

Adeola Adedipe, SAN, counsel for the second defendant, supported Eko’s position, emphasizing that setting a new date would be preferable to delaying proceedings.

Adedipe stated, “A clear day for adjournment is better than a stood down.”

After considering the submissions from both sides, Justice Slyvanius Oriji agreed to adjourn the matter and scheduled further hearings for June 2, June 11, and July 2.

Enugu Traditional Rulers’ Council Chair, Igwe Ogadagidi, Wife Donate N12m For Community School

The Traditional Ruler of Edem-Ani Ogwugwu Ancient Kingdom in Nsukka Local Government Area of Enugu State, His Royal Majesty, Igwe Samuel Asadu, alongside his wife, Her Majesty, Lolo Happiness Asadu, has donated N12 million to their alma mater, Community High School (CHS) Okpo, in Igbo-Eze North LGA, to aid in the renovation of school facilities.

The announcement was made during the school’s N300 million Renovation Fundraising and Recognition Ceremony, which took place on Tuesday.

Speaking at the event, Igwe Ogadagidi, who also chairs the Enugu State Traditional Rulers Council, recalled how CHS Okpo played a formative role in his life.

“I am overjoyed to be at the Community High School, Okpo, my alma mater today. I was posted to this school as a 12-year-old boy in September 1978 and I was the number one student to be registered in this school both as a student and a boating student. I left the school in June 1983,” he said.

The monarch, a member of the school’s pioneer 1978 set, expressed that the quality education and strong moral upbringing he received at CHS Okpo greatly influenced the man and king he has become.

“CHS Okpo played a vital role in nurturing, preparing and shaping me for the future. They made me the man and king I am today. If Okpo had taught me to steal, I would have probably been a thief by now.”

“But rather the school instilled in me quality education, high moral values and ethical principles which have guided me to success and an enviable height in the society today without any blemish.”

“I have never knowingly committed any crime both home and abroad and that is because of the good training I got from CHS Okpo,” he said.

Acknowledging the efforts of Enugu State Governor, Dr. Peter Mbah, in revitalizing education, Igwe Asadu emphasized the need for individuals to contribute towards community development.

“I am fully aware of the huge intervention and investment our amiable Governor, His Excellency, Dr Peter Mbah is making to revive and reposition education and other sectors of the state economy, but we have to do the little we can to support the government and show appreciation to our alma mater for making us what we are today, as well as to ensure that the teaching and learning environments are conducive for the present and upcoming generations,” he noted.

He encouraged the people of Okpo to prioritize their community’s growth and pledged his continued support for developmental initiatives.

“Life is transient and as such the greatest legacy one can leave on earth is to help their next-door neighbors and their communities so as to make the world a better place for all,” he said.

Addressing students, he urged them to stay committed to their studies and maintain discipline.

“I enjoined the students of the school to be dedicated to their studies, obey their parents, principal and the school authorities, as well as the rules and regulations of the school.”

“I present myself to you as an example, I started and completed my secondary education here, anything is possible on this earth. From the village of Okpo, that 12-year-old young guy has travelled all over the world. You must remain focused, humble, respectful to their parents constituted authorities, by so doing you can achieve dreams at any time and the sky will be your limit,” he advised.

Reflecting on the physical state of the school, Igwe Ogadagidi lamented the deterioration of infrastructure since his time.

“It is like day and night. We always have room for improvement. I met only two buildings in 1978 as a pioneer student and the community rallied around and made other structures with the help of the government. Now they are all in bad shape. The roof I met in 1978 is still on there,” he observed.

He called on the school’s Alumni Association to ensure that funds raised are properly managed.

He said, “The Alumni Association should set up a committee that will see to judicious use of the money raised for the project,” warning that lack of transparency could discourage future contributions.

While Igwe Asadu donated N11 million, his wife, Her Majesty, Lolo Happiness Asadu, contributed N1 million towards the project.

In her remarks, Mrs. Scholastica Eze, Principal of CHS Okpo, lauded the efforts of the Okpo Community Development Association and the school’s alumni for their commitment to upgrading the school’s infrastructure.

“I commend the pragmatic and unprecedented initiative of the Okpo Community Development Association, and old boys of CHS in recognizing the need to uplift infrastructures in the School to a conducive environment for teaching and learning of our children.”

“I commend in a special way, His Majesty, Igwe Ogadagidi, who happened to be the first registered student of CHS Okpo at its inception in 1978,” she stated.

The principal further outlined the school’s additional needs and encouraged alumni and well-wishers to continue supporting the institution’s progress.

It was also reported that several individuals and groups from Okpo community made generous contributions during the event to support the school’s infrastructural revival.

Oborevwori Absent As APC Governors Meet To Welcome New Party Members

Gov. Oborevwori,

The Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, was noticeably absent during a meeting of the Progressive Governors’ Forum (PGF) held in Abuja on Saturday.

The meeting, which aimed to welcome new entrants into the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), went ahead without Oborevwori, despite his recent defection to the party.

Oborevwori, who emerged victorious in the 2023 elections under the platform of the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), left the party earlier in the week, attributing his decision to several underlying factors.

Announcing the move, the governor, alongside his predecessor Ifeanyi Okowa and the entire Delta PDP structure, declared their decision to merge with the APC, describing the ruling party as a better platform for advancing the interests of the oil-rich state.

Meanwhile, Stella Okotete, Executive Director (Business Development) at NEXIM Bank and a former APC National Woman Leader, has welcomed Oborevwori’s defection with enthusiasm.

In her reaction, Okotete stated that the entry of Oborevwori and other prominent PDP figures, including Okowa, into the APC would further solidify the party’s strength and broaden its prospects for greater achievements in the future.

She said, “The development will not only strengthen the party but also enhance its chances of achieving greater success in the coming years, particularly in the South-South geopolitical zone and beyond.”

It is worth recalling that several APC stalwarts, including the Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo; Delta APC founding leader, Olorogun Otega Emerhor; former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Elder Godsday Orubebe; and the Senator representing Delta South Senatorial District, Joel Onowakpo-Thomas, have already expressed their support and warmly welcomed Oborevwori’s move to the APC.

Declaring the event open in Enugu on Monday, Governor Peter Mbah, represented by the Commissioner for Agriculture and Agro-Industrialisation, Mr. Patrick Ubru, commended the dedication and professionalism of veterinary workers globally.

He noted that the theme, “Animal Health Takes a Team,” accurately captures the spirit of collaboration needed to safeguard the health of animals, humans, and the environment.

“According to him, in Enugu State, we firmly believe that building robust animal health systems is a team effort; a synergy among veterinarians, para-veterinarians, policymakers, farmers, academics, and community stakeholders.”

“In Enugu State; together, we are driving a transformative agenda that bolsters not only animal health but also our nation’s agriculture and food security,” he said.

Governor Mbah expressed appreciation to the Nigerian Veterinary Medical Association (NVMA), its President, and Council for choosing Enugu to host this year’s national celebration.

He also congratulated the newly inducted para-veterinary professionals.

The governor lauded the Veterinary Council of Nigeria (VCN) for setting up the Veterinary Practice and Premises Regulations Committee, stating that it would ensure veterinary facilities in the state uphold the highest standards of quality and accountability.

Highlighting his administration’s achievements, Mbah said “the Enugu State Anti-Open Grazing and Ranching Control Acts which have been signed into law; thus, positioning the state at the forefront of organised and sustainable livestock farming so as to put a permanent end to the issues of farmers-herders crisis.”

“Thus, de-risking the entire livestock value chain in the state for potential investors.”

He further mentioned the “Revamping of the School of Veterinary and Investigation Centre, Achi in Oji River LGA through which the state have elevated veterinary education and training to international standards.”

“I am happy that today the Veterinary Council of Nigeria has recognised the State Government’s efforts in this direction by certifying our para-veterinary graduates,” he said.

He also announced the ongoing “construction of the South-East Regional Veterinary Reference Hospital which is a World Bank-assisted initiative in partnership with the state government coordinated by the L-Press Team.”

“This pioneering project is set to become a regional benchmark for excellence in veterinary care,” he added.

Governor Mbah reiterated his administration’s commitment to revitalising the entire agricultural value chain:
“These initiatives are not only modernising our systems but have also paved the way for sustainable development and improved livelihoods for our people,” he stated.

Earlier, the President of the Nigeria Veterinary Medical Association (NVMA), Dr. Moses Arokoyo, appreciated the Enugu State Government for hosting the event.

Arokoyo, represented by Dr. Godwin Abonyi, who also chaired the event, said the celebration is organised annually to raise public awareness about the critical role of veterinary medicine in national development.

He highlighted the association’s achievements, stating “we have strengthened our advocacy for better health policies, improved access to veterinary drugs and empowering the next generation of Veterinarians.”

However, he also expressed concerns about unemployment among young veterinary graduates, saying “however, the association decries a situation of poor unemployment opportunities for young veterinarians and appeal to both the Federal and State Governments to address this issue of unemployment.”

Arokoyo further urged continued investment in the veterinary sector, emphasizing “I will appeal to both our partners, government and stakeholders to continue investing in the veterinary sector as a healthy animal population means a healthy human population.”

“We should break the isolation silos, share knowledge and build systems that reflect the reality that animal health is human health,” he said.

The President of the Veterinary Council of Nigeria, Prof. Matthew Adamu, alongside the acting Registrar, Dr. Fadipe Oladotun, formally inducted and certified the 96 para-veterinary graduates.

They encouraged the new inductees to uphold the oath they had taken and to serve as good ambassadors of the veterinary profession.

Kano Queries Two Judges, Suspends Registrar Over Corruption Allegations

The Kano State Judicial Service Commission has taken disciplinary action against two judges of the Upper Sharia Court over allegations of judicial misconduct.

At its recently concluded 80th meeting, the commission reviewed and adopted the recommendations from the Judiciary Public Complaints Committee’s investigations, leading to sanctions against the affected officials.

Judge Mansur Ibrahim of the Upper Sharia Court received a formal warning after evidence confirmed he used derogatory language toward a litigant.

Similarly, Judge Nasiru Ahmad was issued a query and formally cautioned for ordering the detention of a judgment debtor under circumstances that raised concerns about personal interest and compromised judicial impartiality.

In a statement issued Sunday evening by Baba Jibo Ibrahim, spokesman for the Kano State judiciary, the commission emphasized its expectations for judicial officers to exercise restraint and uphold the dignity of court users.

The statement reiterated that discretionary powers must be applied fairly and objectively to maintain public trust in the judicial system, stressing the commission’s “zero-tolerance policy for misconduct and corruption.”

Meanwhile, Ibrahim Adamu, a Principal Registrar II at the High Court of Justice, has been suspended for six months without pay.

His promotion has also been deferred after he was found guilty of verbally assaulting and attempting physical combat with a superior officer.

Adamu had previously received several queries for similar offenses and was ultimately found guilty of gross misconduct.

Additionally, Maigida Lawan, a principal Registrar at the Sharia Court of Appeal, faced disciplinary measures after being found guilty of soliciting and accepting improper gratification under false pretenses.

The commission demoted Lawan from Grade Level 13 to Grade Level 12 and suspended him for six months without salary.

According to the commission’s statement: “In line with the mandate, the Commission adopted the recommendations of the investigations carried out by the Judiciary Public Complaints Committee and resolved to suspend two court registrars and issue formal warnings to two Upper Sharia Court judges whose conduct fell short of expected standards.”

The commission further warned that “In addition to the specific sanctions against those individuals, the Commission issued a strong warning to all court staff, anyone found engaging in corrupt practices will be directed to proceed on compulsory retirement, as the JSC will not and cannot condone any act of corruption.”

Court Sentences Osinachi’s Husband To Death By Hanging

Peter Nwachukwu, husband of the late gospel artist Osinachi Nwachukwu, has been sentenced to death by hanging by the Federal Capital Territory High Court in Wuse Zone 2, Abuja.

Justice Njideka Nwosu-Iheme delivered the ruling on Monday after dismissing Nwachukwu’s no-case submission.

The court found him guilty of culpable homicide related to the death of his wife, which occurred on April 8, 2022.

Nwachukwu, who was arraigned on June 3, 2022, faced a 23-count charge filed by the Office of the Attorney-General of the Federation.

The charges against him included culpable homicide, spousal battery, cruelty to children, and criminal intimidation.

During the trial, the prosecution, led by Mrs Aderonke Imana, presented 17 witnesses, including two of Osinachi’s children, and tendered 25 exhibits to support its case.

The defendant also took the stand in his own defense, calling four witnesses and submitting four exhibits.

Justice Nwosu-Iheme, in her judgment, held that the prosecution had “proven its case beyond a reasonable doubt.”

Despite pleas for leniency from Nwachukwu’s counsel, Reginald Nwali, the court sentenced him to death by hanging on Count 1.

In addition to the death sentence, Nwachukwu received prison sentences ranging from six months to three years on various other counts and was fined a total sum of N700,000.

Osinachi Nwachukwu, who died at the age of 42, gained national attention in 2017 after her collaboration with Prospa Ochimana on the gospel hit “Ekwueme.”

Following her death, colleagues and acquaintances accused Peter Nwachukwu of subjecting her to repeated domestic abuse, allegations that ultimately led to his arrest and prosecution.

2027: Stifling Opposition Voices Could Trigger Your Downfall – Former Governor Lamido Warns Tinubu

Former Jigawa State Governor, Sule Lamido, has cautioned President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, warning that the alleged politicization of federal institutions to stifle opposition voices could ultimately trigger the downfall of his administration.

Lamido, speaking to journalists in Birnin Kudu after his election as a national delegate for the forthcoming Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) congress, voiced his concerns openly.

“The use of government institutions as tools for political persecution will not only tarnish the reputation of the presidency but could also lead to its undoing,” he warned.

Criticizing what he described as an emerging pattern of governance reminiscent of authoritarian rule, Lamido saidsaid.

“What we are witnessing today is an abuse of power that is reminiscent of authoritarian regimes, and if unchecked, it will crumble under the weight of its own injustices.”

He accused President Tinubu and the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) of “weaponising” federal agencies to undermine opposition groups ahead of the 2027 general elections.

“We are seeing the rise of a system where agencies meant to serve the people are being deployed to silence those who dare to challenge the status quo,” Lamido stated.

Expressing hope that the situation could be corrected, he urged Nigerians to stay alert and resist attempts to suppress democratic freedoms.

“The truth always has a way of emerging,” he emphasized.

“No matter how much you try to silence the voices of dissent, the people will always find a way to rise. History will judge us all,” Lamido concluded.

North Korea Confirms Deployment Of Troops To Support Russia In Ukraine War

North Korea has officially confirmed for the first time that it deployed troops to assist Russian forces in the ongoing war against Ukraine.

In a report published by the state-run KCNA news agency, Pyongyang’s military stated that its soldiers contributed to the “complete liberation” of the Kursk border region, acting under the directive of leader Kim Jong Un.

The announcement follows recent remarks by Russian Chief of Staff Valery Gerasimov, who publicly praised the “heroism” of North Korean troops, marking the first acknowledgment from Moscow of their involvement.

Western intelligence sources had previously informed the BBC that about 11,000 North Korean troops were deployed to Kursk last year, and that at least 1,000 had been killed over a three-month period.

While Gerasimov claims that Moscow has now fully regained control of the western Kursk region, Ukraine continues to deny these assertions.

Responding to North Korea’s statement, the United States warned that Pyongyang must now take responsibility for helping to prolong the conflict.

KCNA further explained that the decision to send troops was made under the terms of a mutual defense treaty between North Korea and Russia.

According to the agency, “They who fought for justice are all heroes and representatives of the honour of the motherland,” quoting Kim Jong Un.

KCNA emphasized that the battles in Kursk demonstrated North Korea and Russia’s “alliance and brotherhood,” and noted that the “friendship proven by blood” would “greatly contribute to expanding the relationship in every way.”

The report also stated that North Korea is prepared to support the Russian military again if needed.

However, it remains unclear what the future holds for the North Korean soldiers after their mission in Kursk concludes, including whether they will be repatriated.

Initial reports about North Korean troop deployments surfaced in October last year, following closer ties between Kim Jong Un and Vladimir Putin.

This deepening relationship included a pact where both leaders agreed to back each other if either faced “aggression.”

Military experts have raised concerns about the deployment, noting the inadequacy of the North Korean soldiers for modern warfare.

Col Hamish de Bretton-Gordon, a former British Army tank commander, remarked earlier this year: “These are barely trained troops led by Russian officers who they don’t understand.”

Despite these limitations, Ukraine’s top military commander Gen Oleksandr Syrskyi had warned that the North Korean forces were still creating significant challenges at the front.

“They are numerous. An additional 11,000-12,000 highly motivated and well-prepared soldiers who are conducting offensive actions. They operate based on Soviet tactics. They rely on their numbers,” he told Ukraine’s TSN Tyzhden news programme.

‘Poverty Worsened, No School Or Hospital Built In Your 8 Years As Anambra Governor’ – Sanwo-Olu Fires Back At Obi

Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has strongly rebuked Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate, Peter Obi, following remarks Obi made at Johns Hopkins University comparing Nigeria’s poverty levels with those of China and Vietnam.

Speaking during the event, Obi said, “The question then is, what exactly did these countries do to be able to achieve the desired growth and development? That is where political leadership comes in.”

“These comparable nations, and, indeed, other progressive nations, unlike Nigeria, have competent leadership with character, capacity and compassion, committed to prioritising investment in critical areas of developmental measures: education, health, and pulling people out of poverty.”

Reacting, Governor Sanwo-Olu issued a statement titled “Factually Addressing Mr. Peter Obi’s Criticism of Nigeria at Johns Hopkins University,” where he took issue with Obi’s assertions, accusing him of worsening poverty during his tenure as governor of Anambra State.

Sanwo-Olu said, “On Thursday, April 24, 2025, former Governor Peter Obi, the Labour Party presidential candidate for the 2023 election, was at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, where he made several disparaging comments about Nigeria.”

“He made unflattering remarks not just about the incumbent Nigerian government, but also about Nigeria. I also find Mr. Obi’s pattern of behaviour disturbing. When prominent Nigerians go overseas, they ought to project Nigeria positively.”

He added, “They do not have to do that for the government. But we all owe a duty to market Nigeria on the global stage rather than de-market her. That is what true patriotism is about.”

Sanwo-Olu questioned Obi’s record on poverty alleviation, particularly investments in education, healthcare, and economic empowerment.

He argued, “Now, I find it somewhat ironic that a man like Mr. Obi, who did not build a single school or a stand-alone hospital throughout his eight-year tenure as governor of Anambra or sustainably provide credit facilities, would criticise the government of Nigeria, which is actively doing that.”

Highlighting President Bola Tinubu’s record both as governor of Lagos State and now as president, Sanwo-Olu noted, “I say this because the president of Nigeria, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is my predecessor, and as governor of Lagos and now President of Nigeria, has built over 200 schools and provided student loans to more than 200,000 undergraduates of Nigerian tertiary institutions.”

“In less than two years, he has provided over half a billion dollars in credit facilities to small and medium-scale enterprises.”

According to Sanwo-Olu, Tinubu’s governance significantly reduced poverty: “Tinubu, during his tenure as Lagos governor, reduced poverty by over 46 per cent, arguing that ‘the best predictor of the future is the past.’”

Turning attention back to Obi, Sanwo-Olu stated, “But let us examine the messenger, not just the message, and look at the issuer as well as the issues.”

“Mr. Obi talks a good game. But was he able to reduce poverty while he governed Anambra? Perhaps we can let the facts speak for themselves.”

Sanwo-Olu cited statistics to support his position: “Under Peter Obi as a two-term Anambra Governor, poverty in Anambra increased. It did not reduce. Before Peter Obi became Anambra Governor on Thursday, June 14, 2007, the poverty rate in Anambra was 41.4 per cent.”

“But after only two years in office, the poverty rate in Anambra jumped to 53.7 per cent. But the interesting thing is that five years after Peter Obi left office, his successor, Willie Obiano, reduced the poverty rate in Anambra from almost 60 per cent to 14.8 per cent.”

Concluding his response, Sanwo-Olu declared, “As such, I am not sure that Mr. Obi is morally well placed to make the alarming claims he made about Nigeria at Johns Hopkins.”

“Mr. Obi contributed to the increase in poverty in Nigeria. Governor Tinubu, as he then was, was responsible for lifting millions out of poverty. Being that that is the case, who should criticise who?”
